A swing and a miss!

Hey, Mr. President? Iraq is going kind of bad, more than half of your cabinet has deserted you before your second term has even started and we lost another 100,000 jobs last month. Could you tell us what's on your mind and maybe calm our fears about the state of the world today?

Bush to MLB: take 'strong steps' on steroids

“The president believes it’s important for Major League Baseball management and the player’s union to act by taking strong steps to address the problem,” White House spokesman Scott McClellan said. “Professional baseball players are people our children look up to. Players who use drugs undermine the efforts of parents and coaches to send the right message to our children.”

*blinkblink*

Okaaaaaay. Uh. Sure. Baseball. Right. Children are supposed to be able to look up to the President, too, but I don't see that stopping you from being a giant ASS, either. And, just a little tip, Dubya: YOU NO LONGER WORK IN PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL!!! You are the PRESIDENT of one of the most powerful nations in the WORLD and you are currently AT WAR! You have more important things to think about than Barry Bonds and his PEE, for CHRIST SAKE! Gah.

Media Update

I used Bush's tax cut to pay for hotel room romps with my 17 year old youth group member and all I got was local news coverage in Iowa!

I really wish the national media would get a hold of this. Not that it will make that much of a difference, but I think all these hypocritical assholes need to be exposed every time they wave their "Family Values" flag in one hand while rubbing the ass of someone who is not their wife with the other.

I used my Bush taxcuts to buy presents for my underage girlfriend and all I got was this orange jumpsuit!

Gah. I love the smell of hypocrisy in the morning, don't you?
