Stop the roller coaster, I want it to be November

I haven't been updating this lately because work has been crazy and, well, I am just a little burnt out. I am not sure how much more uncertainty and waiting I can take. Just when I start feeling like things are going to work out, I stumble across something like this:

just big as life on the front page of MSNBC. I mean, I know the media has to keep it interesting, by swinging wildy back and forth and back and forth, so that we keep reading but I am getting seasick.

I am trying not to get my hopes up too much, because, Gods-Goddesses-and-Heaven-forbid Kerry doesn't win in November, I'll be depressed enough as it is. If I get too caught up in believing it's all going to work out, there is no telling how crazy it will drive me if I have to deal with four more years of this BULLSHIT!

So, I am just trying to relax and take it one day at a time until November. Maybe a nice bounce in the polls from the convention will lift my spirits.
